…The Canadian Nuclear Workers’ Council and the Grey-Bruce District Labour Council hereby register their support for Bruce Power’s application for the transportation license to ship 16 steam boilers to Sweden.
The purpose and membership of the two Councils are provided in Appendix 1.
The Grey Bruce Labour Council Unions represent union members in the vicinity of the Bruce Power site. Many of these workers live and work along the proposed transportation route as well as in Owen Sound. On reviewing the information materials with these Unions they have no problems with the proposal.
